Scarlett Johansson, born on the 22nd of November, 1984, in New York City, has an older brother and sister and a twin brother.
She rose to fame with her role in 1998's The Horse Whisperer and subsequently gained critical acclaim for her roles in Ghost World, Lost in Translation and Girl with a Pearl Earring, the latter two earning her Golden Globe Award nominations in 2003.

Scarlett Johansson and Kate Moss are among stars to help the breast cancer charity by designing a stylish charm bracelet. Scarlett and Kate are teaming up with Cancer Research to raise fund for the sake of scientific research, thus joining designer Christian Louboutin, Grayson Perry and Stephen Webster who've design other charms. This time, Scarlett designed a lily in white, yellow, and orange enamel. On the bracelet, she says: "I’ve always loved enamel jewellery and I was looking at a lily when approached about the project." Scarlett agreed to take part because she believes that "in today’s world, cancer affects everyone, whether it’s your own personal crisis or that of someone you know.’ She adds, ‘any opportunity to support cancer research brings us closer to a cure."
